Mr. Wuddineh (Muluken) Achenafi

Mr. Wuddineh (Muluken) Achenafi is a respected healthcare professional and community leader with more than three decades of experience in clinical laboratory science and healthcare services. He has been a resident of the Dallas–Fort Worth area for over 35 years and has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and dedicated service.
Wuddineh earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). He dedicated 30 years of distinguished service to Texas Health Resources, where he contributed to delivering high-quality laboratory and diagnostic services while supporting excellence in patient care. Following a successful career, he retired in 2025.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Wuddineh has remained committed to serving the Ethiopian community through volunteer leadership and civic engagement. His extensive healthcare background, financial stewardship, and collaborative leadership make him a valuable asset to the organizations and communities he serves.
As Treasurer and a Member of the Executive Leadership Committee of the Mutual Assistance Association for the Ethiopian Community (MAAEC), Wuddineh provides financial oversight and accountability while supporting the organization's strategic direction and long-term sustainability. He is dedicated to ensuring sound financial management, transparency, and responsible stewardship of MAAEC's resources in support of programs and services that strengthen and empower the Ethiopian community throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

ገንዘብ ያዥ እና የሥራ አስፈጻሚ አመራር ኮሚቴ አባል
አቶ ውድነህ (ሙሉቀን) አቸናፊ በጤና ዘርፍ ከ30 ዓመታት በላይ ልምድ ያካበቱ ባለሙያ እና ለማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ቁርጠኛ መሪ ናቸው። በዳላስ–ፎርት ዎርዝ አካባቢ ከ35 ዓመታት በላይ የኖሩ ሲሆን፣ በሙያዊ ብቃታቸው፣ በታማኝነታቸው እና ለህዝብ በሚያደርጉት አገልግሎት ይታወቃሉ።
አቶ ውድነህ ከዩኒቨርሲቲ ኦፍ ቴክሳስ ሜዲካል ብራንች (University of Texas Medical Branch – UTMB) በክሊኒካል ላቦራቶሪ ሳይንስ (Clinical Laboratory Science) የባችለር ዲግሪ (B.S.) አግኝተዋል። ከዚያም በTexas Health Resources ውስጥ ለ30 ዓመታት በታማኝነት በማገልገል በላቦራቶሪ እና የምርመራ አገልግሎቶች ዘርፍ ከፍተኛ ሙያዊ አስተዋፅኦ አበርክተዋል። በ2025 ከረጅም እና የተሳካ የሥራ ዘመናቸው በኋላ ከሥራ ጡረታ ወጥተዋል።
ከሙያቸው ባሻገር አቶ ውድነህ ለኢትዮጵያውያን ማህበረሰብ በበጎ ፈቃድ አገልግሎት፣ በአመራር እና በማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ በቀጣይነት ሲያገለግሉ ቆይተዋል። በጤና ዘርፍ ያላቸው ሰፊ ልምድ፣ በፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ያላቸው ጥንካሬ እና በቡድን አመራር ያላቸው ብቃት ለማህበረሰቡ ጠቃሚ አስተዋፅኦ እያበረከቱ ይገኛሉ።
በአሁኑ ጊዜ በየኢትዮጵያውያን የጋራ ድጋፍ ማህበር (MAAEC) ገንዘብ ያዥ እና የሥራ አስፈጻሚ አመራር ኮሚቴ አባል በመሆን የድርጅቱን ፋይናንሳዊ ተጠያቂነት፣ ግልጽነት እና የሀብት አስተዳደር በብቃት እየመሩ ይገኛሉ። በተጨማሪም የድርጅቱን ስትራቴጂካዊ እቅዶች፣ ዘላቂነት እና የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎቶች እንዲጠናከሩ በታማኝነት እና በቁርጠኝነት እያገለገሉ ነው።
