Samson Mengesha is a visionary and results-driven leader with more than 20 years of proven experience in executive leadership, multinational corporate environments, marketing, business intelligence, operations, and community development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of strategic leadership, organizational growth, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining strong leadership, business, analytical, and strategic expertise with a passion for community service and organizational development.
As a leader within MAAEC, Samson has played a key role in advancing impactful outreach initiatives, family support programs, and community engagement efforts through transparent, collaborative, and service-oriented leadership. His professional background combines business strategy, analytics, operational management, and community advocacy.
Samson is a Google Certified Professional in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence and also holds a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credential, reflecting his commitment to data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence.
As Executive Director, Samson is focused on modernizing MAAEC by strengthening governance structures, improving operational efficiency, promoting financial sustainability, and expanding digital growth initiatives, including media and communication platforms. An Ambassador for Peace and dedicated community servant, he remains committed to building partnerships, mentoring youth, and fostering a stronger, more inclusive Ethiopian community.

ሳምሶን መንገሻ በሥራ አመራር (Executive Leadership)፣ በዓለም አቀፍ ኩባንያዎች የሥራ አካባቢ፣ በማርኬቲንግ፣ በቢዝነስ ኢንተለጀንስ (BI)፣ በሥራ ክንውን እና በማህበረሰብ ልማት ዘርፎች ከ20 ዓመታት በላይ ልምድ ያካበቱ፣ ውጤት ተኮርና ባለራዕይ መሪ ናቸው። በሥራ ዘመናቸው ሁሉ ስልታዊ አመራርን በመስጠት፣ ድርጅታዊ እድገትን በማምጣት፣ የሥራ ሂደቶችን በማሻሻል እና በተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎች መካከል ቅንጅታዊ አሰራርን በመፍጠር ረገድ ከፍተኛ ስኬቶችን አስመዝግበዋል።
ሳምሶን በማርኬቲንግ ማኔጅመንት የማስተርስ (MA) ዲግሪ እና የቢዝነስ አስተዳደር ማስተርስ (MBA) ያላቸው ሲሆን፣ ይህም የላቀ የአመራር፣ የንግድ፣ የትንታኔ እና የስትራቴጂ ክህሎታቸውን ለማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት እና ለድርጅታዊ ልማት ካላቸው ፍቅር ጋር አቀናጅተው እንዲጠቀሙ አስችሏቸዋል።
በማህበረሰባችን (MAAEC) ውስጥ በአመራርነት በቆዩባቸው ጊዜያት፤ ግልጽነትን፣ ትብብርን እና አገልግሎትን መሠረት ባደረገ አመራራቸው ለማህበረሰቡ የሚጠቅሙ የግንኙነት ስራዎች፣ የቤተሰብ ድጋፍ ፕሮግራሞች እና የማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ ጥረቶች እንዲሳኩ ቁልፍ ሚና ተጫውተዋል። የሙያ ዳራቸውም የንግድ ስትራቴጂን፣ ዳታ ትንታኔን (Analytics)፣ የሥራ አመራርን እና የማህበረሰብ ተሟጋችነትን ያጣመረ ነው።
ሳምሶን በዳታ አናሊቲክስ እና በቢዝነስ ኢንተለጀንስ የጎግል ሰርተፊኬት (Google Certified Professional) ያላቸው ከመሆኑም በላይ፣ የሊን ሲክስ ሲግማ ግሪን ቤልት (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) ባለሙያ ናቸው። ይህም በማስረጃ ወይም በዳታ ላይ የተመሰረተ ውሳኔ የመስጠት፣ ተከታታይነት ያለው መሻሻል የማምጣት እና ለድርጅታዊ ጥራትና ስኬት ያላቸውን ቁርጠኝነት ያሳያል።
